Care Manager, Telephonic Nurse

• This full time position will not have a set shift and will be scheduled for 8 hours shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm EST. This position also requires a weekend rotation every third weekend as well as a holiday rotation. When working weekends, it will allow for off-days during the week.

Telephonic Nurse Spec

The Nurse Specialist is responsible for supporting the operations of Neovance Patient Access patient support and access programs.  This individual interacts primarily with patients and care partners who are receiving clinical support services from a program.  Examples of this type of support may include contact center based-services, such as advising patients on dosing, guiding patients through product administration, providing approved recommendations to patients on managing side effects, discussing medication adherence with patients, or field-based services, such as on-site patient injection training
